Associate Professor at the Hylleraas Centre for Quantum Molecular Sciences, Department of Chemistry, University of Oslo, Norway.
My research lies at the intersection of theoretical physics, quantum chemistry, applied mathematics, and computational science, with a focus on accurate and efficient methods for quantum many-body problems. I work on stationary and time-dependent quantum systems, including electronic-structure theory, coupled-cluster methods, density-functional theory, and strongly correlated systems. A recurring theme is the interplay between mathematical structure and computational methodology, using insights into geometry, approximation, and numerical behavior to develop robust computational methods. My broader interests include quantum dynamics, ultrafast processes, quantum technologies, and high-performance scientific computing.
